We want you to feel confident in your Mars The Label fit, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and bodysuits must have the protective seal intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
